At the heart of Platform19 is Chef Johari Edrus, affectionately known as Chef Jo. A household name in Malaysia, Chef Jo earned national fame as a judge on MasterChef Malaysia. Trained in the prestigious culinary schools of Switzerland and decorated with awards both locally and internationally, Chef Jo brings more than experience—he brings vision, passion, and creativity to every dish.
